This Full-time role brings a focus on creative exposure through all valuable channels to further strengthen our brand and sales in the Oceania market. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in marketing communication both online and offline, and a strong understanding of the ANZ markets. You will be based at our Sydney office to develop, deliver, and communicate marketing strategies to promote our brand and products locally. This will include pitching for local events and activities and leading these projects, (with either in-house or 3rd party support). You will work closely with our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, and APAC regional headquarters. 


  • Marketing strategy and mix in AU & NZ with a primary focus on influencer and digital marketing
  • Work with Head of Marketing APAC and general manager Oceania to lead localization and customization of existing working model to ensure a balanced and best fit for Oceania marketing business
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns in global and local commercial calendar and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Support the management of annual budget for all local marketing activity
  • Work closely with digital media specialist (based overseas) to track performance & adjust strategy and budget to ensure we reach financial targets
  • Fully own the planning, execution & reporting of success on set KPI’s for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Management of all major influencer marketing accounts and agencies including negotiations, contracts and relationship management 
  • Monthly forecasting of blog orders 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders globally including but not limited to Ecommerce, CRM, logistics, and SoMe team
  • Point of contact for Sales/VM Reps and all their branding requests for retailers online + offline
  • Evaluate, plan, and negotiate marketing activities with WHS, MP, Affiliate & retail centres to ensure DW gets the best possible ROI for any marketing investment.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate artwork & print for all sales channels and campaigns, ensuring artwork & print quality meets DW standards & ensuring timely distribution to retail/wholesale
  • Point of contact for retail centres, wholesale partners and affiliate partners. Evaluating all marketing opportunities and continuously pitching DW campaigns/material to ensure we are always top of mind
  • Planning, organising and evaluating events (brand + retail)
  • Managing online CPC product listing campaigns for marketplace the ICONIC


You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and a creative mind. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and are agile in your approach to support and execute marketing activities that deliver value to the business:

  • 3-4+ years of working experience within a marketing department from fashion retail industry or brand consulting industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, Communications or Fashion management background
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience from customer relations management
  • In depth knowledge of social media and the ANZ influencer marketing landscape & proven track-record of driving successful influencer marketing campaigns 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills. Experience from using Google Analytics and Tableau to track performance is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and someone who is comfortable with many touchpoints of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in working with budgets and financial management
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written
