We're now looking for a Wholesale Coordinator who will join the retail team providing excellent support to our Wholesale business partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Daniel Wellington is expanding, and we’re now building up our wholesale team in our Tokyo office. We are at the beginning of this journey with exciting times ahead, right now in Japan where we have a significant retail expansion plan along with a strong wholesale presence across the market.
We are looking for a JP/EN bilingual, experienced and well-organized Wholesale Coordinator to provide excellent support to our Wholesale business partners. In addition to the below bullet points, and depending on your background, we would also love if you have an interest in visiting the accounts taking an active part in their VMD/Space planning. Everything to make sure we achieve our goals and of course having the best representation of our products.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including:
- Support Pre-Sale activities including sales meetings, New Customer onboarding, Order forecasting
- Timely and accurate responses to customer email inquiries
- Sales Order Entries, entering sales orders (conversion from excel/fax/phone etc.)
- Troubleshoot and research orders and shipping complications for expedient resolution
- Review of photos of all POS stored on One Drive
- System interaction (Wengy, Navision)
- Act as a liaison to Supply Chain:
- Communicate any late outbound shipments with account representatives and/or customers
- Answer customer inquiries to clarify any QC issues or delays
- Collaborate with our 3PL and Logistics & Planning teams

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT
You're amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple stakeholders in different departments. You have a strong sense of self-leadership, pro-activeness, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic and creative mind.
- 3 years or more of functional experiences in Fashion / Apparel industry
- 3 years or more working with Sales for wholesale customers
- IT: Advanced MS Office skill
- English: Advanced in writing and speaking
- Japanese: Fluent
