As a Key Accounts Associate, you will report to the Wholesale Manager- India. Your main responsibility will be as the liaison for the MBO partners across India and the company, you have to excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams.


  • To supervise daily performance of staff and challenges they face during day to day operations.
  • To handle all staff complaints due to non compliance of store SOP leads and trouble shooting the same.
  • Stock delivery coordination - Any issues arising with delivery like short receive / returned back and so on. The same needs to be coordinated with store and our WH team.
  • After sale service coordination - Any warranty issue needs to be coordinated with store CSD team and our WH CSD team and timely resolving the query for customers.
  • Weekly replenishments - Ensuring weekly indents and replenishments are done for all partners to avoid any missed opportunities.
  • Sales & Profitability - Driving Sales and ensuring all locations achieve their targets and are profitable.
  • Feedback session with DM's - To have weekly feedback sessions with DM's of partners and implement the learnings.
  • Reporting and feedback - Analyse sales performance and provide Weekly /monthly reports and feedback on improving the performance.
  • Inventory Control - Proper stock assortment to be assigned in sync with partner and customer requirements | Top SKUs to be present in all doors | Deciding on base stock depending on location potential.
  • Monitoring roster / week offs - To manage staff work schedules and week offs.
  • To coordinate with Department Managers of partners on collating attendance sheet and then forwarding it to outsource HR agency.
  • Staff training and development - To understand training needs and making sure all staff are groomed on DW service standards.
  • Timely check / study on individual performance in liason with DW HR team. 


  • Earned any graduate degree preferably a specialization in retail management.
  • Must excel in communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage team and store operations at counter level MBO format.
  • A desire to learn and understand the importance and impact of visual merchandising.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding the nature of business, and coming up with an incisive and effective solution to improve sales.
  • Proactive with the strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Works incredibly well under pressure and is highly aware of deadlines . Can work with quick turnaround.
