We're now looking for a Logistics Assistant (Temporary 7-Months) to join our Korea office. The Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for our Logistics team.

YOUR CHALLENGE

In this job, you get to work in a fast-paced and rapid-growing environment where you need to be flexible day to day. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be a key support to Logistics team in Korea. You should have a passion for working in a true cross-functional environment and have an interest in continuous improvements with a clear commercial mind-set. You will work in a very dynamic and diversified environment where you will have every opportunity to develop and grow with the company, locally and globally.

  • Conduct returned item inspection and shipment
  • Track and confirm sent/received items
  • Manage inventories and ensure receipt of actual product
  • Assist in simple repair process such as battery or strap change
  • Enter data of product information and series number into the system
  • Organize packaging materials in a neat manner
  • Complete ad-hoc assignment given by Logistics team members

WHO YOU ARE

You are highly motivated, service minded and a person who get things done and you want to be an important part of DW supply chain giving customers an outstanding experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Consistently well organized and shows great attention to detail 
  • Ability to work autonomously; effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Fluent in English. Other language skills will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of logistics and experienced in ERP system required at least one year preferred (Dynamics/SAP/JDE etc)
  • Experience in coordinating warehouse operations, and follow up on execution preferred
