We're now looking for a data loving HR Specialist to join the People & Culture team in Stockholm. In this interesting and impactful role, you will be responsible for Daniel Wellington’s global HR system structure, and you will get to spend your days with a team of fun, ambitious and (a bit) crazy people.

YOUR CHALLENGE

The past few years we’ve been on a HR digitalization journey where we have implemented and integrated our HR systems, automated most of our HR streams and done a thorough data clean-up in order to get accurate HR data.

Now we are in the hunt for a HR Specialist to take full ownership of all our HR related systems, data and processes. In this role, you will be the product owner and super user of everything HR system related. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders in the entire organization, from managers and IT to HR colleagues locally and globally. Your role is broad and includes everything from maintaining our HR systems, to supporting the organization with tasks like HR reports, configurations and time reporting – to name a few. You will also be owning a newly started global employee survey project and get the opportunity to work with other kinds of projects and tasks within the P&C field.

Your role will have a big impact and affect many parts of the organization. We are a data driven company and want to take decisions based on data – and this is where you will be part of decision making on a high level!

WHO YOU ARE

You are a HR lover who’s always up for a challenge. To be a good match for this role, you’ll probably in the beginning of your career but eager to learn and develop your skills within the area.

Good to have:

  • Some kind of HR background, and experience working with HR data, systems and processes
  • Analytical skills and a passion for data
  • Excel wizard
  • Experience working with employee engagement surveys, reporting, configurations, time reporting – etc.
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Taking initiatives – you’ll get a lot of ownership in this role!

Extra plus, but not a must:

  • Experience working in Microsoft
  • GDPR knowledge (and interest in learning more!)
  • Visualization skills in for example Tableau
