We're now looking for a Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, Australia 2-3 days a week on a casual basis. If you’re an ambitious, highly communicative team player who understands the value of influencer marketing, you could be the one we’re looking for! 

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will work with marketing towards social media all day, every day. You will work closely with our Marketing Executive, spending your days building and maintaining relationships with influencers from the Australia and New Zealand markets.


  • Create brand awareness online through influencer partnerships
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with a variety of influencers and agents
  • Creatively driving traffic to web and retail locations through influencer partnerships
  • Work towards KPIs and deadlines to deliver value
  • Keep up-to-date and a close watch of social media trends
  • Support the Marketing/McomTeam stakeholders with daily tasks


  • Extensive knowledge and interest in all kinds of social media platforms
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in Australia & New Zealand
  • Innovative and result-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to keep your work structured and multi-task in a fast-paced environment   
  • Strong team player with good inter-personal skills
