We're now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who will join the NYC home office team who will provide excellent support to our Key Accounts Manager for US/CA as well as to our Finance department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Daniel Wellington is expanding, and we’re now building up our wholesale team in New York City office. 

We are looking for a well-organized Sales Operations Coordinator to provide excellent support to our New York office and help ensure that we achieve our goals and that our products are presented in the best possible way. This is a great opportunity for a college grad and/or someone who wants to get into the Wholesale/ Logistics Field. Daniel Wellington is a global company that has sold to almost every country in the world and currently operates offices in 7 countries. The company is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and in this role, you will be working closely with colleagues from many different parts of the world.

Essential Responsibilities: 

·       Partner with Key Account Manager on administrative tasks related to partner setup, product launches, and product catalog management

·       Help maintain correct and up to date marketing material and product information across all partner platforms

·       Oversee and handle sales orders from order transmission to shipment, take responsibility for coordinating shipments with the logistics team

·       Partner with Logistics team to ensure compliance with shipping requirements and support in resolving shipment issues

·       Timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries

·       Support Finance team with managing and validating partner chargebacks and handle disputes when necessary and act as the point of contact to resolve any invoicing or payment questions

·       Coordinate partner returns and works with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate handling.

·       Assist in managing and growing the company’s largest Amazon presence

·       Work with Key Account Manager and General Manager on identifying opportunities and propose initiatives to drive sales growth

 

 

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT

You're amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple contacts in different departments. You have a strong sense of self-leadership, pro-activeness, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic and creative mind. 

 

·   Bachelor's degree preferred (Great entry-level position)

·  Interest in the Fashion / Apparel industry

· Customer service experience (preferred not required)

· Advanced MS Office skill

·  English: Advanced in writing and speaking

· Must be willing to learn and have a Can-Do attitude

*Experience working with Amazon seller or vendor central a plus, but not required
