Our global Tech department which consists of approximately 70 people, is looking for a Quality Assurance Strategist - someone who can guide and assist the team members in their QA work. We are looking for you with a passion for providing valuable ways of working when it comes to quality assuring but also working with evolving the QA strategy on a global level.

You will work with the 5 different teams and on a day-to-day basis to help drive the agile development process within the team with a focus on QA activities. You will be someone the team can bounce ideas off on a daily basis but who also cares about the process matching with the needs of the business and the people.

  • Ensure processes are aligned within the department regarding QA and continuously evolve and adjust the test strategy to fit current and future needs and requirements
  • Act as a QA Ambassador and mentor. Educate teams in QA principles and Agile testing and lead users and stakeholders engaged in UAT
  • Guide the teams in setting up both manual and automation test cases depending on effort and ROI
  • Investigate and propose tools that meet our needs
  • Define and set a process of bug handling including setting priorities and severity
  • Ensure we have a good Test environment set-up covering the different stages of QA
  • Lead cross-team activities when it comes to e2e testing activities

  • Prior experience in QA work, preferably as a test lead or in similar positions
  • Hands-on experience in different levels of testing
  • A stakeholder for quality with a true test and quality mindset
  • Understand continuous delivery, test automation, manual testing, and best practices
  • Has a degree in computer science or a similar field

It is considered a merit if you:
