We're now looking for a Store Manager to join our Taipei Daan Store.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, along with driving the selling efforts and customer relationships in the store through excelling in customer service and selling techniques, while also supporting merchandising and daily maintenance. Previous experience as a store manager is required. This person must be comfortable scheduling, and must have previous experience with opening/closing procedures of a retail store.
We are looking for a person who can accommodate a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.
WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years experience of working with sales as store manager
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to drive business initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in building strong teams
- Great analytical skills
