We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead the evolution of Daniel Wellingtons' moving content. Our in-house agency is at the forefront of an incredibly exciting global shift in advertising, and we're looking for people who are both creative and strategic and can help us jump to the next level.


In the role as a Senior Video Editor at our in-house Agency, you will have a central role in enabling our transformation to a more agile and digital way of creating moving content for our global regions across the world.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have broad experience in working with moving content, animation, and creative production – you are a short-form narrative storyteller.

You need to have extensive experience in working with creative video production, both in the exploration phase to take to reality from the idea phase – to implement in the efficient production phase.

You will belong to our in-house agency and our Global Brand & Production team. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s video production
  • Produce and edit global marketing campaigns
  • Edit a range of videos, from short-form PaidAds/TikToks/IG Stories to long-form pieces
  • Create animations and motion graphics for global marketing campaigns
  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video projects
  • Drive new video initiatives, processes, and products to continually improve performance
  • Develop relationships with external vendors, working with them to produce high-quality video content
  • Direct, review, and organize assets delivered by external agencies and contractors
  • Work alongside the rest of the creative team and Creative Director to create overall vision and strategy of video content and campaigns
  • Own the quality of video content produced by the team and/or contractors
  • In addition to videography responsibilities, you will be expected to participate in various production roles, so experience in all aspects of video production is required.


    • At least 6+ yrs in the role as Motion Designer, Video Designer, Video Editor, Animator at an agency or forward-leaning in-house agency
    • Relevant education in the field of expertise
    • A diverse portfolio that shows a commitment to visual quality
    • Experience working with animation and motion graphics
    • An agency mindset with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously, produce high quality content, and move with velocity
    • Proficiency in motion editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
    • Proficiency in Creative Publishing Software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and similar software.
