We are looking for an Art Director and a true digital native to lead the evolution of Daniel Wellingtons' brand and marketing campaigns.

Our in-house agency is at the forefront of an incredibly exciting global shift in advertising, and we're looking for people who are both creative and strategic and can help us jump to the next level. As a company, we were born from social media, and we know attention needs to be earned – and It's now up to you to help us build a brand worthy of people's attention.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As Art Director, you will be responsible at a global scale to deliver inspiration, sticky ideas, and creative concepts to an international target group across the entire brand and customer experience.

You'll be able to lead multiple campaigns, and productions when required or focus in on a single creative opportunity if it requires your full attention. You'll have the experience to know all when it comes to conceptualizing big ideas that demand attention across media. You can take feedback and give it, while maintaining a positive collaborative atmosphere centered around creating great work. And you'll have the portfolio of work that shows us you've done it before.

You will belong to the Creative team at our Global in-house agency and report to our Creative Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Concept, design, and execute award-winning brand and marketing campaigns
  • Produce work that demonstrates high-quality art direction, storytelling, and a modern, contemporary design aesthetic within a variety of campaigns and projects
  • Know how to capture the attention of your audience, from internal presentations to campaign launches
  • Embrace the unknown and challenge conventions. If it's been done before, do something different.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related field
  • Portfolio showcasing award-winning creative work + successfully launched client projects on broadcast, social, and everything in between
  • Previous experience working with lifestyle/fashion is an advantage
  • Relevant education in the field of expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce, digital design, and digital media channels
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • A refined taste level with expert design and typography skills
  • Mastery of presentation skills and strong experience on pitches
  • Strong English verbal and written skills
  • Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details
  • Stay current with latest social trends and technology and implement as appropriate
  • Strong time management skills and solid work ethic
  • Ambitious personality with the determination to do great work
  • Team player with a positive attitude
