YOUR CHALLENGE

In the role as a Production Manager at our in-house Agency, you will have a central role in enabling our transformation to a more agile and digital way of creating relevant content for our global strongholds across the world.

Working as a core member of the creative and production team, the Production Manager will build on a culture of fun, excellence, and pride in all work carried out to provide production support to the creative team.

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have broad experience in working with creative production, both in the exploration phase to take to reality from the idea phase – to implement in the efficient production phase. You have a vast network of potential partners that you, from experience, have delivered to your ambition level and know-how to negotiate any production partner to the best level of collaboration at a reasonable budget.

You will belong to the Production team at our global in-house agency and report to our Head of Global Campaigns and Production. Your stakeholders will vary, but mainly be the Head of Marketing regions, Global Brand Managers, and our key channel owners.

Main duties and responsibilities:

                  • Delivering projects on time and within budget
                  • Be the guardian of in-house agency production processes with a thorough understanding of content production and the deliverables to stakeholders within digital marketing, e-commerce, retail, CRM, Socials
                  • Developing the production plans needed to effectively deliver creative and cost-efficient solutions to stakeholders in the organization
                  • Manage all studio orders to ensure content in all formats are produced correctly and in time
                  • Work closely with the production team (graphic designers, videographers, content producers), key stakeholders (digital marketing, e-commerce, retail, CRM, Socials) and external partners to secure the quality and relevance of the deliverables
                  • Proactively explore new ways of working to enable a more effective production
                  • Work closely with Global Brand Managers, Project Managers, Creative team, and DW stakeholders
                  • Understanding the business inside and out

                  WHO YOU ARE

                                  • At least 8+ yrs in the role as Production Manager at an agency or forward-leaning in-house agency
                                  • Relevant education in the field of expertise
                                  • Detail-oriented, creative and extremely organised
                                  • Able to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes
                                  • Able to work efficiently and productively under tight deadlines
                                  • Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
                                  • Proficient in managing digital platforms that facilitate scale of production for digital content
                                  • A natural leader in how to bring clarity in a project and what you need from others to succeed
                                  • Innovative and result-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
                                  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
                                  • A positive and team-driven colleague that knows that true magic happens when people collaborate!
