We’re currently looking for a new IT support specialist that can provide world-class support for our internal users, who are located in offices and retail stores around the world. We set high standards for the IT supports team in order to support the business requirements and deliver desired results within the right time frame. And of course, having a lot of fun on a daily basis!


The position will give you an opportunity to develop your own technical skill and to work both individually and as a part of a global team. We work with the latest technology and strive to maintain a modern and efficient working method.

  • Primarily provide on-site and remote support to user issues and requests in a predominantly Apple Mac environment.
  • Daily work in our ticket and asset management tool Solarwinds Service Desk using the ITIL framework.
  • Create and manage accounts for IT related services and vendors.
  • Configure and deploy IT hardware such as computers, network devices, printers, AV equipment and other peripherals.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of new IT equipment.
  • Monitoring global IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues, escalate to proper specialist team or manager.
  • Handle maintenance of documentation, processes, and flows.


  • You have experience in supporting Mac OS and Windows-based systems and love to give personal support to help users solve technical problems.
  • Experience with current systems and applications (Office 365, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, etc.).
  • You have knowledge of both client and software deployment (Jamf and Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
  • You have experience in managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and also hold good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and application protocols.
  • You are an analytical troubleshooter and a fast learner. You enjoy diving into new technologies and tools.
  • You are a highly motivated and strong team player that actively collaborates with people around you to find solutions to problems. Working individually is not a problem.
  • You articulate yourself well in English, verbally and in writing.
