We're now looking for an addition to our Global Media team. We are on a digital transformation journey and looking for a person who sees possibilities and finds new ways of working with affiliate marketing and our ambassador platform Brandbassador. We are currently active in 50+ markets and are constantly testing new countries where we can grow.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
As a part of our Global Media team located in our Stockholm headquarters, you report to our Global Head of Media and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe.
Planning and coordinating our affiliate and ambassador program around the world. Set KPIs, analyse results, and guide the team.
Daily work with our global affiliate platforms and global ambassador platform and be responsible for planning, executing and set budget.
Collaborate with the team at Brandbassador to plan and execute monthly missions and campaigns in our ambassador platform, focusing on incremental growth and increased user engagement.
Foster a strong sense of community and engagement among our ambassadors, ensuring their smooth reactivation and participation.
Collaborate with ambassadors on content creation, leveraging your experience in content writing, and have a close relationship with our social media team.
Analyse data to measure the success of missions, ambassador engagement, and overall performance both in our ambassador platform and affiliate platforms.
Decide which affiliate partners to work with globally and align with the global team.
Collaborate with our tracking team.
WHO YOU ARE
You are not afraid of testing new things and always want to evaluate your results to improve digital growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of working experience in digital marketing from the client or agency side
1+ years experience of working with affiliate platforms or ambassador platforms and you understand how to calculate ROAS, CPA, CPC, and other digital metrics
Basic knowledge of how to work with Google Analytics and dashboards such as Tableau
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working globally is considered a plus
