We seek an E-commerce Specialist to join our Content Team at Daniel Wellington. The role offers a mix of technical administrative work and creativity as you will administrate and edit the content that goes live on our websites around the globe.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
- Website Management: Ensure all Daniel Wellington websites are current, on brand, and meet local and global campaign deadlines. Verify that all products are accurate, that the sites run correctly, and offer the best possible customer experience.
- Content Creation: Build and execute high-quality content for danielwellington.com across various markets. This includes selecting and cropping images and creating layouts for the website.
- Content Updates: Keep websites up to date with the latest content and respond quickly to any error warnings.
- Product Launches: Update and launch new products on DW sites, ensuring they have the correct data and images and meet launch deadlines.
- Collaboration: Liaise weekly with global teams and the Content Manager. Coordinate content with internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and optimize onsite content to increase conversion rates.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record of learning and adapting to technical systems
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and PIM-systems, including managing website content and product launches, is considered a big plus
- Structured approach with the ability to manage multiple platforms, stakeholders and deadlines
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop with an eye for visually appealing content and web design
- Strong English communication skills
